My room was big size with a huge bath tub, good view and a comfortable bed, really enjoyed it.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Impeccably clean and brand-new hotel rooms with a huge bath tub. Absolutely perfect and incredible location in Tokyo, not far from trains direct from-and-to Narita and Haneda and subway station, food and supermarket and a mall.

The room was big size and brand-new, I really enjoyed that it was complete with a huge bath tub and a great view and a comfortable bed. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus. Helpful team in the night shift. The location was fantastic for exploring this fairly quiet area, just off a convenience store and supermarket as well as the Oshiage station and the Tokyo Skytree.

Affable and helpful staff in the night shift, which was unquestionably a plus. Appreciated having central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator in the big room.

Interesting place for exploring Tokyo. Our favourite, hip new hotel in Tokyo with very helpful staff. Excellent location in the next door shopping mall, easy to get anywhere.

A little dirty area.

The hotel was immaculately clean, staff was amiable. The room was spotless and the bed exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed the stunningly beautiful view.

My parent and I liked being there, it's incredibly beautiful hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and I had it's own balcony and a couch. Also, the property was near a subway station.

Everything was great, incredible location away from narita airport, the staff were friendly. Location: the hotel was really close to the Oshiage station and the Tokyo Skytree and restaurants and trains direct from-and-to Narita. Tried some nice meals at Juwari, located near the property...

Stunningly beautiful venue, stunning location close to Skytree shopping area, Metro Tokyo Oshiage train station, and shop and food, enjoyed our stay. Booked a room with beautiful views, and the staff were helpful people in the night shift.

The hotel we stayed at during Christmas was truly amazing. Its location was superb as it was just beside a train station that directly connected us to both of the nearby airports. The hotel was also situated beside a shopping mall, a supermarket, convenience stores, and restaurants, which made our stay even more convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offered a good selection of food for a reasonable price.

One thing that dampened our experience was the billing issue. We were surprised to see a higher bill than what was quoted online, and the reception staff had difficulty explaining it to us due to a language barrier.
